Question:
My girlfriend wants us to defecate in each other's mouths and introduce it into our sex games. Is this dangerous in any way?

Answer:
Ingesting feces is, by its very nature, a dangerous practice. There is no way around it. Excrement--or poop, as I like to call it--swarms with bacteria that do a great job in their environment but are harmful outside of it. These bacteria are engineered by nature to aggressively break down food into waste Re-introducing them into your body runs a range of risks, from infections to conditions requiring hospitalization to death. Personally, I would never chomp on bacteria that thinks of my tongue as a gourmet steak.

This isn't to say that people haven't engaged in copraphilia (the clinical term for it) and survived. The fetish makes some people uncomfortable but I make no such judgment. The problem I have is that one cannot accurately predict the outcome. In other words, your partner's last meal could turn out to be yours too.

Not ALL fantasies need to be (or should be) acted out. Most adults fantasize about improbable acts and scenarios that--in reality--would be injurious. Rape fantasies are one of the most popular of these impossible-to-truly-live-out-without-causing-harm fantasies. The safe alternative is to role-play, and create a satisfying scenario. This allows couples to control the details, make sensible choices, and most importantly, to live to act out more fantasies another day.

What you Brits call the "bunghole," we Americans occasionally call "Hershey Highway." This factoid inspires my advice to you. Substitute chocolate. It's safer, and probably tastes better too.
